Description of Treatment: This patient underwent orthodontic treatment to correct her tooth alignment. When this was completed her gums were reshaped with a laser to expose more of her actual tooth. Eight porcelain veneers were placed on her front teeth with minimal tooth preparation to create her new smile.

Case 7
Description of Treatment: This 14 years old patient was congenitally missing his upper left lateral incisor tooth. Orthodontic treatment was used to re-align the teeth. Using composite resin a new smile was designed for him with the following treatments: 1) a course of home bleaching with carbamide peroxide 2) a resin bridge to replace the missing tooth and 3) composite resin restorations on other teeth.

Case 8
Description of Treatment: This teenage patient was congenitally missing one of her upper teeth - called the left lateral incisor. Orthodontic treatment was carried out to re-align the teeth correctly and re-create the space of this missing tooth. After completing orthodontic treatment a bridge was bonded into place with a porcelain veneer to replace the missing tooth.
